We are a group of audio-visual technicians, engineers, and producers that provide managed services and consulting to our clients. We provide dependable solutions, support and service.
DTS seeks to be brave, think outside of the box and find the exception. The idea is to solve the problem. With the primary focus to connect quality technicians to clients that needed dependable technical support.
DTS seeks to cut out the noise and provide technical support to anyone for less than the cost of hiring a full time position. Business Administrators face tough choices everyday about where the organization's capital is best utilized. DTS provides the ability to regulate financial expenses in their AV department on 1) as needed or 2) monthly basis. This plus our a-la-carte and consulting services not only give the financial power back to the client but provide a reliable and powerful technical support team in your pocket ready to serve at the drop of a hat.

Our membership is the primary way DTS serves its clients.
DTS provides peace of mind with flexible monthly memberships starting at $1,000 per month. This grants you access to a personal Technical Director that will handle the technical precision your events deserve, so you can focus on creating exceptional experiences.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

STEP 1
Schedule Your Free Virtual Call
Setup your free 30 minute call
with one of our available Virtual Technical Directors.
You will meet with one of our highly trained and skilled virtual technical director.
Their sole focus is to listen and provide solutions.
The call is only 30 minutes so let's get to work.

STEP 2
Meet With Your Virtual Technical Director
During the call be prepared to discuss:
-
The size of your organization
-
An overview of your audio, video, and lighting systems
-
Current and future volunteer/staffing goals

At the end of the call you will be provided with access to a personalized live technical book based on the information we gathered as well as a next steps plan.

STEP 3
Choose Your Additional Monthly Services
At the end of your free call you have a choice:
Choice A: Take the information and implement on your own
or
Choice B: Choose a monthly membership package and/or services package
Either way we are here to help however we can. The cost of our services are fixed but you can explore different options with your Technical Director or through or "Build Your AV Team" site.

STEP 4
Reevaluate Your Services Monthly
If you choose option B, then you are on your way to some Dependable Tech Services. We are so excited to serve you and your community.
Please note: the Virtual Technical Director, the Break-fix membership, and the Video Production services begin on the date of payment. All onsite and installation services will be scheduled within 30 days from confirmation of the agreement.
Our contracts are set for 30-day terms. At the end of the contract you may cancel, renew, or change. It's totally up to you and your organization on what is best. This allows you to adjust your AV budget on a month-to-month basis.
